Account deletion

OkiPaca accounts are optional. You can initiate account deletion inside the app from Settings, or email privacy@okipaca.com from the account email address.

What is deleted

• OkiPaca profile and device records.
• Synced safe-restore records.
• Uploaded onboarding responses linked to the account.
• OkiPaca billing-customer mappings, billing events, and saved billing-reminder contacts linked to the account.
• Pending lifecycle email jobs linked to the account.
• Future OkiPaca trial, payment, and subscription lifecycle emails.

What is not canceled automatically

Deleting an OkiPaca account does not cancel Apple subscriptions or refund purchases. Manage subscriptions through Apple Settings.

Deletion suppression record

Because Apple subscriptions can continue sending provider events after an OkiPaca account is deleted, OkiPaca retains one-way hashes of known billing identifiers in a restricted suppression list. This list contains no original billing identifier, email address, purchase event, or account profile data and is used only to stop deleted records and lifecycle emails from being recreated.

Local app data

Local alarms and proof records can be cleared from the app. Any scheduled system alarms must be canceled before local deletion can finish.
